class=\"hometext\">\n<p><strong><em>BRCT Iasi solicita oferte pentru servicii specifice pentru organizarea conferin\u021bei finale \u00een cadrul Programului Opera\u021bional Comun Rom\u00e2nia-Ucraina-Republica Moldova 2007-2013.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Conform Contractului de finan\u021bare a activit\u0103\u021bilor Biroului Regional pentru Cooperare Transfrontalier\u0103 Suceava \u0219i ale Biroului Regional pentru Cooperare Transfrontalier\u0103 Ia\u0219i privind implementarea Programului Opera\u021bional Comun Rom\u00e2nia \u2013 Ucraina \u2013 Republica Moldova 2007-2013 nr. 77199\/29.10.2012 \u0219i Planului Anual de Informare \u0219i Comunicare 2018, aprobat de Comitetul Comun de Monitorizare al Programului, Biroul Regional pentru Cooperare Transfrontalier\u0103 Ia\u0219i are obliga\u021bia de a organiza o conferin\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenchidere a Programului, \u00een vederea promov\u0103rii realiz\u0103rilor Programului \u0219i a celebr\u0103rii cooper\u0103rii transfrontaliere.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Conform conceptului de eveniment aprobat de Autoritatea Comun\u0103 de Management a Programului, \u0219i a solicit\u0103rii ACM \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la BRCT Ia\u0219i cu nr.766 din 11.09.2018, conferin\u021ba final\u0103 va avea loc \u00een data de 22 octombrie 2018 la Chi\u0219in\u0103u (Republica Moldova), iar \u0219edin\u021ba Comitetului Comun de Monitorizare pentru Programul ROUAMD 2007-2013 va avea loc la Suceava, \u00een data de 25.10.2018.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Specifica\u021bii tehnice:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>CONFERINTA DE INCHIDERE A PROGRAMULUI\u00a0 ROUAMD 2007-2013<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>1.1.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Organizarea conferintei finale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Loca\u021bie: Chi\u0219in\u0103u, Palatul Republicii<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brctiasi.ro\/en\/#_ftn1\"><sup><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/sup><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sala: va fi stabilit\u0103 \u0219i transmis\u0103 c\u0103tre prestator.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Dat\u0103: 22 octombrie 2018;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Durat\u0103: aprox. 3 ore;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Interval orar: 11:00 \u2013 14:00 (\u201ecafea de bun-venit\u201d inclus\u0103);<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Num\u0103r participan\u021bi: aprox. 100 de persoane.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pentru organizarea\u00a0conferin\u021bei, prestatorul va asigura urm\u0103toarele servicii:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>asigurarea desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii evenimentului la loca\u021bia stabilit\u0103 de c\u0103tre autoritatea contractant\u0103, cu respectarea urm\u0103toarelor cerin\u021be tehnice minime: capacitate minim\u0103 de 100 de persoane (a\u0219ezarea va fi stabilit\u0103 de c\u0103tre autoritatea contractant\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu prestatorul), spa\u021biu suficient pentru montarea camerelor video ale jurnali\u0219tilor TV, dotat\u0103 cu echipament adecvat: videoproiector, ecran proiec\u021bie, flipchart, minim 4 microfoane fixe \u0219i 5 mobile, amplificator (dac\u0103 este cazul), posibilitate de conectare internet, preferabil wireless;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>asigurarea func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bii echipamentelor audio-video pe toat\u0103 durata evenimentului;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>asigurarea unei mese la intrare pentru \u00eenregistrarea participan\u021bilor;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>tip\u0103rirea \u0219i afi\u0219area unor indicatoare pentru ghidarea participan\u021bilor c\u0103tre sala \u00een care se va desf\u0103\u0219ura conferin\u021ba;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>realizarea c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bilor pentru vorbitori (din h\u00e2rtie minim 150g\/mp, insera\u021bi \u00een supor\u021bi de plastic pentru a fi stabili pe masa de prezidiu);<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>preluarea de la autoritatea contractant\u0103 a informa\u021biilor necesare pentru eveniment (comunicat de pres\u0103, agend\u0103, lista participan\u021bilor, prezent\u0103ri in format electronic etc.);<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>asigurarea prezen\u021bei a minim 5 reprezentan\u021bi media;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>a\u0219ezarea de pahare din sticl\u0103 \u0219i ap\u0103 plat\u0103 pe masa de prezidiu;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>organizare \u201ecafea de bun-venit\u201d in intervalul 9.30-11.00 (welcome coffee), pentru minim 80 de persoane, const\u00e2nd \u00een: cafea, ceai diverse sortimente, ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ap\u0103 mineral\u0103 \u0219i produse de patiserie dulci \u0219i s\u0103rate;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>j)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>desemnarea a cel pu\u021bin unei persoane care s\u0103 asigure urgen\u021bele tehnice, pe \u00eentreaga perioad\u0103 de desf\u0103\u0219urare a evenimentului;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>k)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>amenajarea unei cabine foto (photobooth), cu urmatoarele servicii incluse: montare rapid\u0103, asistenta permanenta pe durata evenimentului, numar nelimitat de fotografii cu recuzit\u0103, DVD cu fotografiile realizate, accesorii diferite, decor adaptat evenimentului. Decorul va avea un design relevant pentru program, contin\u00e2nd fotografii reprezentative pentru program, puse la dispozitie de c\u0103tre autoritatea contractant\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>l)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>filmarea integral\u0103 \u0219i fotografierea evenimentului.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1.2.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0Organizarea unui pr\u00e2nz &#8211; bufet de socializare:<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Loca\u021bie: Chi\u0219in\u0103u, Palatul Republicii<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Data: 22 octombrie 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Interval orar: 14:00 \u2013 16:00<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pentru organizarea bufetului, prestatorul va asigura urm\u0103toarele servicii:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>Servicii de catering pentru aprox. 100 de persoane, la loca\u021bia conferin\u021bei;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>Bufetul asigurat pentru pranz va fi compus dintr-un meniu variat, care va include: minim 2 tipuri de ciorba\/ supa, minim 3 feluri de baza calde, minim 3 feluri de baza reci, peste, minim 3 tipuri de garnituri, minim 3 tipuri de salata, desert, apa plata, apa minerala, cafea, ceai, 3 tipuri de prajituri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1.3.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Producerea de materiale de promovare a evenimentelor<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0 \u00een vederea promov\u0103rii adecvate a evenimentelor ce \u021bin de inchiderea Programului ROUAMD 2007-2013, o serie de materiale de promovare vor trebui s\u0103 fie produse, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>400 de carne\u021bele A5 cu pix, personalizate cu elementele de vizibilitate ale Programului;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>250 de mape, personalizate cu elementele de vizibilitate ale Programului;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>400 de saco\u0219e de p\u00e2nz\u0103, personalizate cu elementele de vizibilitate ale Programului.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ofertantul va asigura crea\u021bia, concep\u021bia grafic\u0103, machetarea \u0219i execu\u021bia materialelor de promovare detaliate anterior, cu respectarea cerin\u021belor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Toate materialele vor respecta identitatea vizual\u0103 a Programului ROUAMD 2007-2013 \u0219i a Uniunii Europene.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00een cazul materialelor promo\u021bionale care poart\u0103 marca produc\u0103torului, aceasta nu trebuie s\u0103 intre \u00een concuren\u021b\u0103 cu siglele care vor fi inscrip\u021bionate pe produs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ofertantul va transmite Autorit\u0103\u021bii Contractante concep\u021bia grafic\u0103 a materialelor \u00een termen de maxim 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la primirea ordinului de \u00eencepere. Machetele vor fi puse la dispozi\u021bia Autorit\u0103\u021bii Contractante at\u00e2t \u00een format electronic editabil (ex. Pdf, corel, Photoshop), c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een format jpg.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Autoritatea Contractant\u0103 poate impune modific\u0103ri ale con\u021binutului sau alte modific\u0103ri tehnice pe care prestatorul le va accepta f\u0103r\u0103 nici un alt cost suplimentar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Prestatorul va executa \u0219i livra materialele promo\u021bionale \u00een termen de maxim 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de la ob\u021binerea avizului Autorit\u0103\u021bii Contractante pe macheta prezentat\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Autoritatea Contractant\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a respinge produsele livrate dac\u0103 acestea nu sunt conforme din punct de vedere al calit\u0103\u021bii, raportat la cerin\u021bele tehnice minime.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Materiale trebuie livrate c\u0103tre Autoritatea Contractant\u0103 cu minimum 10 zile calendaristice \u00eenainte de data desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii evenimentului.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>SEDINTA COMITETULUI COMUN DE MONITORIZARE A PROGRAMULUI\u00a0 ROUAMD 2007-2013.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>2.1. Organizarea sedintei.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Loca\u021bie: Suceava.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Data: 25 octombrie 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Interval orar: 14.00-17.00.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Punerea la dispozi\u021bie a unei\u00a0<strong>s\u0103li de \u0219edin\u021be\u00a0<\/strong>\u0219i a facilit\u0103\u021bilor aferente (videoproiector, ecran de proiec\u021bie, instala\u021bie de sonorizare cu minim 3 microfoane fixe \u0219i 1 microfon mobil etc.).<\/em><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em>Aranjamentul s\u0103lii: tip consiliu. Sala trebuie s\u0103 beneficieze de acustic\u0103 adecvat\u0103, lumin\u0103 de preferin\u021b\u0103 natural\u0103 \u0219i condi\u021bii optime de temperatur\u0103.<\/em><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>1 pauz\u0103 de cafea<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0(cafea, ap\u0103, sucuri \u0219i produse de patiserie), pentru aprox. 30 persoane.\u00a0<\/em><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2.2. Organizarea unei cine festive \u00een data de 25 octombrie 2018:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Loca\u021bie: Suceava, de preferinta locatia conferintei sau in imediata apropiere.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Data: 25 octombrie 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Interval orar: 19:00 \u2013 21:00<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Num\u0103r invita\u021bi: 70-100<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pentru organizarea cinei, prestatorul va asigura un\u00a0<strong>bufet suedez<\/strong>\u00a0care va fi compus dintr-un meniu variat, care va include minim 2 tipuri de ciorb\u0103\/sup\u0103, minim 3 feluri de baza calde, minim 3 feluri de baz\u0103 reci, peste, minim 3 tipuri de garnituri, minim 3 tipuri de salat\u0103, desert, ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ap\u0103 mineral\u0103, cafea, ceai, 3 tipuri de pr\u0103jituri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0Raportare<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Prestatorul va depune un raport final de eveniment, \u00een termen de maxim 10 zile calendaristice de la finalizarea evenimentului, \u00eenso\u021bit de imagini foto \u0219i filmarea. Raportul final va include informa\u021bii detaliate privind modalitatea de \u00eendeplinire a obliga\u021biilor contractuale, \u00een spe\u021b\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bilor asumate prin propunerea tehnic\u0103, precum \u0219i eventuale recomand\u0103ri de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a activit\u0103\u021bii pe viitor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ofertantul va asigura toate costurile conexe generate de activit\u0103\u021bile pe care trebuie s\u0103 le realizeze.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>PENALIT\u00c4\u201a\u00c8\u0161I:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>20% din valoarea contractului &#8211; pentru organizarea defectuoas\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 aceasta nu a avut ca rezultat ne-efectuarea serviciului, spre exemplu &#8211; schimbarea s\u0103lii de conferin\u021b\u0103 cu mai pu\u021bin de 4 zile \u00eenainte de eveniment, ne\u00eendeplinirea unuia dintre criteriile tehnice solicitate (num\u0103r de stele ale s\u0103lii etc.)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pentru nepunerea la dispozi\u021bie a unuia dintre elementele ofertei sau \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care varianta propus\u0103 pentru modificarea propunerii tehnice nu este acceptat\u0103 de BRCT, penalitatea va echivala cu 100% din valoarea contractului.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ofertantul va prezenta certificatul constatator emis de ONRC din care s\u0103 rezulte obiectul sau de activitate. Obiectul contractului trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 corespondent \u00een codul CAEN din certificatul constatator emis de ONRC.\u00a0 Pentru persoane fizice\/ juridice straine: documente care dovedesc o forma de \u00eenregistrare \/ atestare ori apartenenta din punct de vedere profesional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ofertele tehnice si financiare se vor transmite prin e-mail la\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:silviu.simionescu@brctiasi.ro\"><strong>silviu.simionescu@brctiasi.ro\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>, fax la 0232\/260646 sau direct la sediul BRCT Iasi din Iasi, str.
